- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
- During peak times (sales, festivals, etc.), processing time may be slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once it is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods
- We ship across India using trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post.
- Shipping options and timelines may vary depending on your delivery location.

- You can use this ID to track your shipment on the courier’s website or on our [Track Order] page.
5. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
- We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- In case of failed deliveries due to address issues, the customer may be required to pay reshipping fees.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If a package is marked as “delivered” but is not received, please contact the courier service first.
- Dhara Sarees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked complete.
- However, we will assist you in initiating a claim or resolving the issue with the courier, wherever possible.
8. Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Email us at support@bulletkhabar.com with pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
9. Non-Serviceable Areas
- If your pin code is non-serviceable, we may contact you to:
- Arrange alternative delivery,
- Offer a refund, or
- Ship via India Post (if acceptable).

- We currently do not ship internationally.
